At Sobera, every piece is carefully handcrafted and packed with the utmost care. However, if your product arrives damaged, we are here to help.
1. Unboxing Video & Photos (Mandatory)
To be eligible for a return or replacement request, customers must record a clear video while opening the package.
- The video should start before opening the sealed package.
- Ensure the shipping label and outer packaging are clearly visible in the video.
- Take clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
This helps us verify the issue and process your request quickly.
2. Reporting Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged:
- Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Share the unboxing video and photos with our support team.
Requests without proper unboxing proof may not be eligible for return or replacement.
3. Replacement Policy
Once the issue is verified:
- We will arrange a replacement for the same product.
- If the item is out of stock, a store credit or refund may be offered.
4. Handmade Product Note
Since our products are handcrafted, slight variations in color, texture, shape, or finish are natural and not considered defects.
5. Non-Returnable Cases
Returns or replacements will not be accepted for:
- Minor variations due to the handmade nature of the product
- Damage reported after 24 hours of delivery
- Products without unboxing video proof
